hey.
i was wondering, is there a program you use to make div overlay layouts, or is it just using html?

A Quick Summary
I'm nineteen, I'm female. I've been coding and designing layouts since I was in middle school. I no longer make Myspace layouts, and I've made website design my primary focus. I'm self-taught and currently fluent in CSS and XHTML. I have been slowly teaching myself JavaScript and PHP. Recently I created my own website called Toast & Tea. I hope you will all join me there! Regardless, enjoy what I have submitted to createblog.com.
